Should i see a gastro for this? I'm losing my mind

ok i will paste what i wrote somewhere else..nobody responded maybe i will find some help here:

I am on a painful and stressful trip which is above all time consuming and time is something I cannot afford to further waste. I've posted at ************ a few times. I'm 26 years old and currently not working or doing anything. I tend to write really long messages so I'll try to cut this short. I have plenty of very serious symptoms that no doctor has helped me with thus far.

my symptoms include:

constant hunger

malabsorption to most food...believe it or not nothing i eat fills me up other than brown rice pasts
involuntary gas..don't feel it don't hear it..my room usually smells like bread, meat, bad vegetables, bananas..ect no matter how clean i am

migrains that only come during long periods without eating (4+ hours)

constant urge to spit sometimes my body shakes..had this checked out at the hopsital (where i waited a convenient 4 hours) and cardiogram + blood pressure NOrmal

my rectal region is usually wet as if i was spritezed with a water bottle..clear discharge..it usually burns down there and is sometimes itchy

chronic fatigue

sensitive skin

very poor concentration

there are plenty more but these are the biggest

my history of visits:

gastroenterologist..had a gastroscopy and sigmoidoscopy..nothing major ever found

endocronologist..i thought i had a thyroid problem but blood tests normal

my endo visit was last week..the doctor seemed pretty puzzled he suggested i could have a stomach acid problem..

so far all stool tests and blood tests i've had in the past were normal..i'm going nuts..

i'm seriously considering the stomach acid as a possibility to most of my problems (i read an excess can seriously create a lot of problems in digestion and more)..my mouth feels slimy all the time its gross and i need to spit all the time...98% of food provides zero fuel for me..nothing is being absorbed

i'm not dillusional or anything like that..these are physical problems that can be seen with the human eye..i also have a rash on my upper body that won't go away...

if you were me who would you go and see? my endo also suggested i see a internal medicine specialist..

should I look into a gastro specialist for this? something here's got to give

thank you

just want to add

sometimes i feel a sort of painful burn on the left side of my chest where my heart is which worries me..but other times i feel it on the right side as if i'm experiencing a cramp

im getting nowhere telling doctors i have gas problems or that i have chronic fatigue..

i think i'll get further chasing down the spitting and heart problems

if someone would confirm that an imbalance of stomach acid is very serious it would make me feel a whole lot better

You should go to somone who does stool analysis by smoky mountian lab. Find a doc who does that.Sounds like a parasite or even yeast over growth. Do you take pro biotics? If not try them but get a good kind they will cost about $40.00 plus $$ but they may help. As far as thyroid blood test, they aren't accurate anymore and most endocronolgist know that. Many are starting to prescribe low doses of thyroid when people are symptomatic. Go to someone who deal with bio identical hormones, They will be able to really tell if you need thyroid suppliment. Also stay away from wheat, oats and all foods with gluten including soups, salad dressings, desserts etc.Read lables for products containing wheat and stay away from them for a month and see if that helps

thanks for the response

i actually stack up like 4 pillows on top of eachother so that i'm almost fully upright when i sleep..the lower i go the harder it is to breathe..usually when i'm fully flat on my bed and i raise up, i feel the need to belch..i wonder if its a digestive problem, maybe the food isn't digesting properly and its making my body overload while i'm in a flat lying down position

as for my diet, i eat absolutely nothing with sugar..i learned to stay away from sugar..i eat lots of flax, raw veggies, whole grain breads, little meat, peanut butter and drink lots of water

maybe its nerves i don't know..i'm in a situation right now where i'm always at home and maybe its the bitching between my parents thats causing me to stress out

Chucky99,

I would suggest going to see a nutritionist to evaluate your diet. I often felt frustrated with health problems, many of which seemed disconnected, unrelated, random, and my doctors didn't have any plausible reasons for the problems. But then I took two college courses on nutrition, which really encouraged me to consider diet imbalances. A lack of something, too much of another thing, can really cause a lot of uncomfortable health problems.

After having a liver laceration, I expereinced severe gas problems, including chest pains and stomach cramping. Eventually I had to cut out cheese, milk products, and fried foods from my diet in order to prevent gas/digestion problems. It worked! I also found out later that eating dinner too late (for me, about 5 hourse prior to bed) caused sleepless nights with gas-related chest pains. Try getting a "pillow wedge" so you can sit upright while sleeping, see if this alleviates the chest pain problems?
