when i was a child. my kids told me i did it and i would wake up feeling sssssoooo tired, then I asked my mom she said yes. about 20 years ago I went through a sleep study to see how sever it was i was told it wasn't to bad. I dropped to 74 and 80. I would only stop for a few seconds through out the night but i would then start to breath
and sometime pant like a dog. I can always tell to when i wake up and my chest hurt a little, and im exstremly tired. sometime you wont notice the symtoms (symptoms) because you will chalk it up to not getting enough sleep. do a sleep study and find out. some are more sever than others yours maybe really mild like mine, I will tell you this watch your weight with it because does play a huge part into it to.
