Slightly Elvated Liver Enzyme Count

I recently had eye surgery and have been taking a steriod for the swelling and inflamation (inflammation). I had my physical and lab done which showed a slightly elevated liver enzyme count. I have also gained 15 pounds in the last year between physicals. I want to know if this something that I showed be worried about.
