Slightly elevated ALT

Slightly elevated ALT

Hi Everyone... been reading all of the posts.

I had an elevated ALT (66) in June.  Retested in July (69).  Abstained from Alcohol and Tylenol.  Retested in August (57)  (all from same lab...  results should be <36).  Had all blood work done.  No HEP A B or C.  Everything else is great.  Ultrasound looked fine.  I am 44 years old. 5'9" tall and 179 lbs.  Saw a GI Specialist.  Basically stated retest every year and monitor.  He didn't think it necessary for a biopsy.   I had elevated levels back in 2006... all mild.

Anything else I should do?

I am a big worrier when it comes to health.  I feel great and have NO other issues.

Looking forward to any feedback.
