Small oily dicharge after bowel movement. Damage from food poisoning?

I had a bout of lactose intolerance after having a bad bit of cheesecake one day. Every time i consumed dairy products everything went right through me. I saw a doctor and identified the problem. I didnt have dairy for a couple of months after that to let everything return to normal. This was about a year ago. Ever since then though, about 20 minutes after a bowel movement i end up having to return to the loo to pass a small amount of yellowish oily discharge. After that im fine and normal until the next time i have a bowel movement. It seems to happen most times but not all. Any idea what it could be?
I appreciate the help.

Are you still avoiding all dairy?  Most lactose intolerance doesn't go away.  If you are still eating dairy, you should stop and all your problems should go away.
