Small pimple like near anus

Since a few weeks, I've a small pimple like lump near anus. When felt, its like a pea size, though not visible. It did disappear last week, but again appeared two days back at the same place. I did some research into several articles and I am not able to find the same condition on the net. Given to the cleanliness I take care, there shouldn't be much of an issue, however, to find suddenly a pea like lump is annoying, did try to pressure it, only to yesterday, it looked pinkish. As you see in the sketched image, this is not around the anus, or on the groin. Its more likely in between. Totally not on the anus or the scrotum

a few seconds after the last reply, I googled for cyst, hidradenitis, folliculitis. And the image search matches 100% with Hydradenitis!.
The below image is exactly the same I have.

Please advise as to what to be taken care of. I have been using Nycil Cool Herbal Cooling Powder. Would you want me to stop applying the powder. Please give me some instructions, along with home remedy atleast to battle with for some time, to see if that helps! I believe this needs to be taken care at its initial stage!

Thanks Chris.

Well, thank you for your reply. Am really worried about it, after couple of squeezes, its started to be uncomfortable, I'll upload a clear picture of the lump, I feel uncomfortable even to meet a specialist. Never like the idea. So trying online resources, lets see if you are able to identify. If it is serious, then I have no choice than to meet the miracle workers - Doctor!

Thanks once again.

I have a similar thing. Saw my Gastroenterologist for a follow up (because sometimes it itches ) and he said it was a small hair follicule. He suggested I put a little bit of hydrocortisone on it.

There are several possibilities. A simple cyst, hidradenitis (inflammation of a sweat gland), folliculitis or an ingrown hair to mention a few.
