by stano, Aug 15, 2001 12:00AM
Have had endoscopy.Small hiatal hernia.Constant throat clearing
and mucous coming up.All mostly clear and thick.Have taken Prevacid and Nexium. No help.
Have had a Allergy test that turned up negative. No drainage.
Most of the time it a sour or bitter taste with the discharge.
Only sore when i swallow on the right side.Nothing swollen.
ANY SUGGESTIONS OR ANONE ELSE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM???

Have you had your tonsils checked.  If you had many problems with your tonsils for a long time, you may have what they call tunneling.  This could be causing the pain and/or infection.  See a good ear, eyes, nose and throat doctor
