Sphinter of Oddi Procedure

I also had the sphinter of Oddi widened.  I was able to eat a regular diet for only a short period of time when the pain returned.  I also have an enlarged bile duct.  No stones, no obstruction was found.  

Instead of going back for another procedure, I am on a no fat diet.  Mostly juicing with protein.  What is most concerning right now is excessive mucus in my throat.  Very very thick.  White in color.  It happens whenever I eat fat.  I can hear someone saying "then stop eating fat."  I cannot stay on my current diet.  I am horribly tired and losing a tremendous amount of weight.  Of course the pain is horrible and I feel like I am drowing in mucus.  Appreciate any input.  Truly.
