Spleen pains?

Hello all! I'm new here as you may see. To the topic..
I'm worried, basically because of some pains right below my left ribbone. Its a few centimeters below it, and not "behind" it. I'm also having some weird feeling, that im feeling cold, freezing more than usual, just a general sickfeeling.
To describe the pains more;
Theyre not terrible, just some weird pressure feeling at times, no idea how to describe it, but its not persistent, it comes and goes. Some times im having no feeling at all, but some times when i feel this feeling, i get very worried..
I've tried feeling if i can feel the spleen, if it would be enlarged or something, but apparently cant feel it ;O, so probably not enlarged. Tried feeling at the left ribbone ending.
Is it easy to feel if the spleen is enlarged?! Im tall and thin!
What can this be? I'm very worried ;(
