Steatorrhea

What is the smell of steatorrhea like; does it still smell like poop or is it different? What does it look like, be specific, what does the fat in the water look like? Please if you have had experience with this or know a lot about it please comment.

You need to see a doctor about this and get tested.  Asking these questions over and over again isn't going to tell you anything.
