Still in Confusion whether Dental, ENT or GERD Problem?

Hi All,

I having my problem for the past 6 months. Here my story follows.

On FEB-09, I suffered from stomach burning and went to the local doctor and got the medicine.

Symptoms:

Dry Lips
Fatigue
Stomach Pain

Those medicine didn't solve my problem, then i thought it can be a Stomach Ulcer.

On March 09,

Symptoms:

Dry Lips
Fatigue
Stomach Pain

I went to Gasro Specialist and did a ENDOSCOPY where i got  the result that i have 'Duodenitis'. And the doctor suggested me to take this tablet called 'RECIPER 40 MG' in the every morning.


APR 09,

Symptoms:

Dry Lips
Fatigue
Stomach Pain

Now I went to an another Gasro Specialist and he didn't ask for endoscopy but he investigated me  and i got  the result that i have GERD. In the scanning i got that i am having 'FATTY LEVER'. This doctor suggested me to take this tablet called PARIT 40 MG in the every morning and DOMSTAL in the night.

I didn't have any major issues upto JULY 09 middle.

Now i had Drinks for continous 4 days then after two days my stomach problem started with different symptoms

1. Dry lips
2. Sore Throat
3. Voice Change
4. White tongue (with lump in the inner tongue)
5. Fatigue
6. Stomach Burning
7. Tongue Burning Sensation (Side tongue i have Rash like patch in RED color)
8. Lymph node pain under my jaw (not sowllen that much)

Now i thought some thing wrong with me and went to

1. Dentist  -- I got feed back that i didn't have Vitamin B

                  After one week same condidtion, he suggested for 'Oncology'
2. Oral Cancer Specialist

               -- Throat is having fung infection
               -- Taken sample from the side of tonge for biopsy

Tablets:

Enzoflam
Forcan
Nexium
Betadine Gargle

Biopsy Result - I have 'LICHEN PLANUS' -- No worries :)

3. Gastro Specialist

                He laughed at me for the BIOPSY that i have done and said i having ANXIETY thats the reason you are getting this problem.

But i can't belive this? Is it true?

But my stomach problem is still there. I having all the symptoms till now.
