Stomach Cramps, Left Side

Hello, ive been having some stomach cramps now for 2 days. Not severe, but feels like a pinching feeling, gas and bowel movements seem to help, but wont completely go away. Have felt quite bloated, appetite hasnt changed, Bowel movements are ok, no probelem there. Have been drinking more pop then usual (long weekend), did do some lifting on the weekend, wondering if maybe its just bad gas, or something else, wanted to see here first before i consult my doctor, its been going on for about 3 days now, passing gas releives the cramp, bowel movements.
