Stomach Hurting Every night

My stomach has been hurting every night for a while, but I don't know why. I tried not eating sugar yesterday, but it still hurt that night. I don't have any other medical issues. Please help.

I actually figured out that it was because I was always laying on my stomach every night. I now just lay on my side and it feels fine. Thanks anyway!

Well, without a detailed description of the symptoms or a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include GI/ GU infections, inflammations, gastritis, GERD, spasms, neuro-muscular causes etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by an internist initially and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist acre may be sought.
