Stomach Pain, Gas, and Clear Rectal Discharge

Hello,
I am a 23 year old woman...and lately i have been having sore pains in my lower abdomen. It feels like really bad period cramps, but it is past my period. The first time i had it, i just though i had a bug but then it has come back everyday. I am finding myself very gassy now, and have noticed clear foamy discharge coming from my rectum. I thought the stomach ache was coming from a new medication, but that was before this discharge came along. Now i feel it is something a little more serious.

i have h pylori and wanted to ask why do i get a clear orange mucus from wiping,and how can i tell my ulcer is healing inside.
