Stomach Pain

Since I was a child the doctor made me take Maalox to school saying that I had a nervous stomach.  As I got older the symptoms went away.  About seven years ago I started having bad stomach pain and vomiting.  For the next couple of years this would only occur once a year.  Then I had a really bad episode and they thought it could be nothing else but my appendix.  They removed it in 2005 and in 2006 I had around 6 attacks.  They removed scar tissue did all kinds of test everything neg.  This continued until May of 2008 when I was in a car wreck and they made a 9inch incision in my stomach cause they thought there was internal bleeding.  Since then I have an attack every two weeks that puts me in the hospital.  When I am out I am in constant pain the reason that I end up in the hospital is cause I will vomit and have diarrhea until I almost pass out in some cases pass out.  Sometimes I run fever and sometimes when they do the Scans and test they show signs of inflammation but when I am there for a week all test come back neg. I have had colonascapys (Don't know Spelling) endoscopes exploratory surgery test where they follow dies and anything else they can think of I guess.  I have just had my 26 yr birthday and I feel like that my life has come to a complete stop.  My wife of eight years is at a lost we have tried everything and the doctor has put me on so many different meds but nothing is helping.  I cant keep a job or play with our kids my life is focused around this if there is anyone who has any kind of advice we would greatly appreciate it.  The pain is located in the right lower side the worst.  Then the rest is really tender all over.  Other then that vomiting and diarrhea. Sometimes when I have diarrhea I will have blood in my stool and when I vomit there will be some.  When I have a bad episode I start throwing up bowel.   As far as eating or drinking  I cant stomach even water  .  The doctors keep telling me different things and I can get any definite answer or anything that helps.  Please help any suggestions or related stories would be much appreciated.
