Stomach Pains and abnormal stool

Well for the past 7 months, I started to have bright green stool, I had loose stool for a couple days, thny I was constipated, I started taking Aloe Vera about a month ago, the stomach pains are almost completely gone, but the stool is still bright green, no more dirrea, well unless I eat something really greasy or just something really heavy, I do get more gas then normal, the stool are solid, but sometimes im still constipated, but not that bad, im am very worried, does anyone know what this might be, there is no blood in my stool, but sometimes mucus, and sometimes it looks like my food didnt digest completely, pains is very minimal now, thank god for aloe vera!
