Thanks so much for your support.
I already had a HIDA scan and my GB is or was functioning properly as of 2007.
I don't think it's Celiac because I haven't lost any weight. In fact I'm considered obese. I am high functioning but still obese. I am also pre-diabetic.
I've checked out webmd many times and all it comes up with is gastroenteritis
However, I will question the doctors on this site.
Again thanks so much !
I feel for you, and I believe you! Plain water nauseates me with my IBS, I know I am not a very good nurse not recommending the water, but it just sits a little heavy on the sensitive stomach, You may need a HIDA scan to show whether your gall bladder has stopped moving effeciently, it may need to to come out, but with no insurance I have to warn you, this is a nuclear study and I am sure it is quite costly! IBS does not cause fatigue as far as I know, it sounds like gall bladder and IBS. read up on celiac disease and see what you think, following a gluten free diet is free is you get so desparate,if it relieves your symptoms then you probably have later when you get insurance go off the diet and get tested. Just be sure you research it it enough to see that there are no ill effects from following the diet if you do not have it, Best wishes! Tell hubby to hang in there you are trying to get beter, the food diary is an excellent idea!!
the systoms could also be reflux which cause these problems go c a doctor as soon as you can
Those symptoms do sound a lot like IBS. There is something going on in your GI tract that out of whack. Check out webmd.com, you can at least check your symptoms and get a better idea on what you might have. Other than that you can track your symptoms daily and avoid your "trigger" foods, drink lots of water and try some herbal remedies...peppermint tea is good for stomach upsets, same with ginger.
Try asking one of the doctors here to about your symptoms, they usually have some good advice although not as good as a live doctor!
Good luck!
