Stomach Question

im a 20 year old male. the past few hours i've been having a pulsating/twitching sensation in my stomach. it isnt painful, just weird/annoying. does anyone have an idea of what this could be? is it something i should be worried about?

If there aren't any other symptoms and nothing else's been out of the ordinary (pain, nausea, bloating, extra belching, gurgling, extra gas, heartburn, throat burning pain, numbness in the area, changes in bathroom habits, etc.) then there's probably nothing to worry about.
