I am suffering from acute stomach ache since the last 10 days.
The pain comes about 30-45 mins after eating dinner and is quite acute. After taking antacids it subsides totally or to a dull ache after 5-10 mins. Belching always reduces the pain and I do belch from time to time throughout the day. During these pain attacks I am unable to belch to relieve the gas.
This sort of ache use to come on quite infrequently; maybe once in 2-3 months. However it is recurring daily now.
Stools are regular, normal (not black in colour), no constipation. I generally suffer from hyper-acidity, reflux from time to time especially if a bend forward and do some work after eating.
Could anybody tell me, if this could be an ulcer or it is only gas.
