Stomach cramping in lower gi

My boyfriend has had stomach pain and cramping in lower right side of his stomach for the past 3 days the pain moves around and lessens but it keeps coming back. we thought it was gas at first but weve tried gaviscon and other antiacids ad its not helping. any ideas?

If it is under his ribs on the right and radiating into hois back could be Gall Bladder, low fat diet no eating in the evening, no Dairy or wheat put it into your search engine for foods to eat and ones to avoid, seek help from your Doctor if it continues.
