Stomach pain and nausea

For over a month now I have been suffering from stomach pain, nausea, a bit of gas and bloating, and food tasting really weird/gross. I've been taking prescribed antacids for it and lots of generic tums. A similar thing like this occurred a month ago, however, my stomach only hurt when I touched the very lower portion of it then. Today my stomach hurts when I touch it mostly in the middle and when I don't touch it. The pain feels like the inside of my stomach is just raw. I don't have constipation, diarrhea, or vomiting occuring, but I am having problems sexually. I've taken urine and blood tests all coming back negative. The blood tests were to check my blood counts etc., whether I had an infection, and to check my organs. I'm not pregnant as well. Does anyone have an idea as to what it is and what it is from?

Good, ranitidine is prescribed to help many different conditions.  I'm glad you are feeling better.

I have been prescribed Ranitidine. My nausea and stomach pain has gone away, but I'm not sure if it'll come back. They say if it does to get an ultrasound.

You might want to talk to your doctor about trying to eliminate different foods from your diet to see if that helps.

It sounds like you have gastritis,I have it and it is very dificult to get rid of.  See your doctor and get referred to see a gastro.  You can have an endoscopy and then you will know whats wrong with your stomach.  You will be given a PPI tablet if its that,Im on Pantoprazole.  I use Gaviscon or Sucralfate liquid.  Have you tried Ranitidine? That may work.

I've been checked for STD's and I do not have any of them. As for foods, I don't know if they're the cause.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  Have you been checked for STD's?  Is it related to any foods you eat?
