Stomach pain at night time

I am getting severe stomach pains exactly like at 3am at night time. My wife is a doctor in internal medicine and she checked up with blood test, xray on stomach and everything is normal. I am havine Zantac or prevacid everyday. The pain goes away only if I do vomit by self. Give me a solution on this.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  If this is happening at the same time every night, then it could be something you are eating every night at dinner.  Is there any food that you have a lot of for dinner?  Like a large glass of milk?  You could try eliminating all lactose from your diet for 2 weeks if your doctor says that's okay.
