Stomach pain gone undiagnosed

Almost two months ago now I had some irritability in my stomach after eating meals, however it wasn't anything too troubling. However it progressed and I had a strange bowel movement; white diarrhea with an orange film. After that all of my stool varied from a white to a clay color... sometimes it would look orange. It slowly changed back to the normal brown through the course of the month. My stomach pain became increasingly more severe, concentrated around my upper left abdomen. I would get a stabbing pain in my abdomen followed by a sort of cramp like uncomfortability. I went to my student health center and they had stool and blood samples done, only to find no abnormalities. I then had an ultrasound done on my entire abdomen, also checking out normal. I tried to limit my diet to things like bananas, bread, broth... however I became so defeated that I just realized my stomach would hurt regardless of what I ate. My pain decreased for a couple of weeks... however it is now back 100%. I am once again having clay colored stool/stabbing pains. I am frustrated and honestly don't know what else to do. Any advice?

Sounds like pancreatitis.  See a doctor.

Go to a real doctor, not your school's doc-in-a-box. Get any records from the student health center, and bring them to an actual medical professional. Ruling out any illnesses will allow you to focus on dietary, stress or environmental causes but you want a professional, and not a paraprofessional, to do the diagnosis.
