Pyloric stenosis. You may also want to consider pancreatic or gallbladder disease.
Tests to evaluate for this would include an upper GI series or upper endoscopy (which is the more comprehensive test). I would also be tested for H
PyloriHelicobacter pylori
Pyloric stenosis (can be done as a blood test or during the upper endoscopy).
If those tests are negative, further tests to consider would be an abdominal ultrasound or CT scan. A 24-hr pH study can be considered to evaluate for GERD.
