Stomach problems daily around midday or while moving.

In the early half of 09 I had a very brief, but very sharp pain in my upper stomach area, right side of the body, just at the edge of the ribcage. It came out of nowhere, but went away just as suddenly. I think the pain occurred a few months later while in bed, but once again, gone for awhile. The last half of that year, however, I started to get a lot of belching and upset stomach sensations a short while after eating. It got to the point where the problem was so bad, it sometimes felt like I was having a heart attack simply while moving around.

Since I do not have insurance, and was living with my grandmother on a fixed income, helping her remain living in her home and comfortable, I did not get to run many tests. Some blood tests were done, but nothing was shown. I was given anxiety medication and some acid controllers. While the acid controllers helped with some of the acid reflux sensations, it was only contributing to the belching. So much so that, between that and certain foods (Like, lactose-free Ensure style shakes, peanuts, fatty or preserved meats) I would be doing nothing more than belching for four to six hours. So bad, in fact, that on two occasions I actually spit up blood. Granted, it was only a drop no larger than a dime, and has not happened more than those two times, but it was still rather unnerving.

Some more blood tests are done, an EGD is suggested, but with no money or insurance its been impossible to throw down over a thousand dollars I don't have to get this done. So, I linger on, diet having changed considerably since the beginning. Now, during this time, I've also started to have a lot of muscle and eye twitching sensations. They started out as being rather constant throughout the day, thirty or so incidents through the course of a day was not uncommon. There was also this tingling sensation at the top of my brain, or the occasional tingling/rock-like sensation usually at the upper back of the head. These sensations have also moved around somewhat, but are still frequent even today, and did not start until after the days of constant belching fits first started.

I've had a few tests done since this started, mainly blood and urine tests, Pylori negative, lipids test negative, and a ultrasound of the gallbladder and mid-stomach region came up negative as well. There will (hopefully, if I can afford it) be an MRI coming up on my head shortly to see if these pains in my head and neck are anything to worry about, but I still have a lot of stomach concerns to worry about. My question's mainly to figure out some way to deal with them.

I'm currently on a Leaky Gut Syndrome-style diet, along with some vitamins and milk thistle, and while this has helped with the GERD in the throat and a lot of chest pains, I still get a lot of problems during the middle of the day. Juices like tomato or grapefruit seem to cause the issues a little early, but overall, it is an almost daily occurrence around noon. Within an hour or two after the worst of the swollen, irritated sensation has passed, there's a lot of grumbling throughout my body. A lot of it lingers in the stomach, but I have felt it in the intestinal region, as well as up around the gallbladder, or upper-right chest where I complained about the original pains. I now cannot lay on my front side at night, because this region will go entirely numb after laying on it for too long. Any suggestions on what might be causing the discomfort would be greatly appreciated. This occurs having eaten or not, and if I have not eaten, then even just being up and moving triggers the initial irritation and starts belching to occur. Bowel habits have been changing a lot, but this was due to a lot of antacids and pepto being taken. Having gotten past the need for those, its seemingly much more regular, although still somewhat loose, flaky. This could probably be due to a large portion of diet being juices, but I'm no doctor. Any light that might be shed on the irritations and the gurgling would be appreciated, I know the two are connected, as every day there's a decent amount of this irritation and pain, there's a good hour or two of gurgling shortly thereafter as the sensations are subsiding. Since this has carried on for so long, there's also a lot of smaller pains throughout the mid to lower back, on both sides, which I think might also have something to do with muscle loss or damage, as the pains frequent specific areas, but rarely linger for more than a day or two before being gone for a couple weeks or so.

Due to all of this, I've lost some muscle mass, and I've noticed that my arm muscles are a bit on the lumpy side, with a few lumpier areas around the elbow joints and the back of the shoulders. (One lump was supposedly a blood vessel, says my doctor.) Lumpiness and dull pains something common of atrophy?
I've also been dealing with a lot of dry mouth/throat conditions lately, and while it might be simply weather related, I'm still just a little concerned. I still seem to produce saliva no problem while eating/brushing, but after awhile (and especially when waking up in the morning) it feels like its slowly drying into a sludge, and I am keeping rather well hydrated. Suggestions on what might be causing this or ways to fight against it?

Any help in these matters would be greatly appreciated, and I hope everyone else out there dealing with these sorts of sensations are able to get themselves help or advice from here too. I definitely know that intake can change a lot of things. If you start to have some digestive issues, I know that there's always a good chance they're caused by something you eat, or something you eat could help them out.
