Stomach question

A couple of days ago I got the feeling that I had taken too big of a bite of food and there was a lump in my stomach. I shrugged it off and thought no more of it. The odd thing is, the feeling persisted. It feels like theres something solid sitting in my stomach, just above my belly button and just under my ribcage. Now, it feels like it's moving around, kind of pushing back at my esophagus. There's no pain but I also have'nt gone to the bathroom in a couple of days either. I always feel it there, the feeling doesnt come and go. I thought it might be a tapeworm but I don't think you can feel those. Anyone have any clue what this could be?
