Stool Test Positive/Amoebas

After 2 years my stool test was positive for charcoal crystals and I was put on 10 days of flagyl.  I hope this cures any amoeba infection.  Could this be the source of my asthma symptoms and FEV1 73% and my memory problems, sleep disturbances, fatigue?

I was travelling in Indonesia and probably got this there.  do I have any permanent damage from this like brain damage?

I was having vomiting I think from my upper stomach and nausea a few months ago and now I have wheezing in my lungs and a sinus infection that doesn't respond to inhalers and prednisone.  my sinuses keep bleeding and are sore after rinsing.

I was having chest pains on my left side, a kind of chilly, dull feeling in my heart area.  also pain in the upper right quadrant and elevated AST/ALT levels

I have a nasal infection too and this says that these amoeba can attack the brain?

I have cysts in my kidneys and one in my clivus near my brain that is growing to 1.3cm
is that the amoebas?

I had a rash all over my abdomen, kind of circular bright red and stiff neck with the nasuea/vomiting a few months ago.  now I'm getting sudden tightness at the temples and wheezing and had fever for 2 weeks/flu but I'm finally feeling better on the flagyl

my main question is if the flagyl is enough to cure any amoeba infection?  do I need to do stool tests for 3 months after to be sure it is gone?
