Stool at vaginal area?

Hi guys. Sometimes I notice that stool seems to be on my vaginal area? The only things I have to go on are what leaks to my underwear and when I wipe from front to back. This doesn't always happen, but it does happen when say, I have to try and not to pass bowel movement because I'm not in a position to go to the bathroom right away. I'm a virgin that's pretty overweight who has PCOS, if that would help. Also, just the other month, the gyno did a rectal physical exam and said things were normal there, so I don't think it could be a recto-vaginal fistula, but I'm not sure. Any ideas? I'm sorry if this is pretty confusing to read. I'm freaking out considerably.

you have a loose anal sphincter and possibly incontinence, that does it job at night during the sleep or while you're busy with your stuff, it gets out unnoticed, it happens...

try sleeping with an adult diaper and it will absorb the stool or at least it will get stuck to the diaper and won't reach the vaginal area! Also make it a habit to check yourself every hour or so to catch this event while its happening!
