Stool due to urine pressure

Dear Doc,
when I have to hold urine for long time, say during travel and locations with less public toilets around, urge to urinate (pressure !) intensifies. this particularly happened frequently in winter. after some time with this condition (30-60 min after sensing intense pressure) this 'pressure' always resulted in stool 'pressure'.

I tested that stool pressure if it was false, but always found it real, my body have discarded significant amount of stool like if it was done after 2-3 days of holding it !

this 'stool pressure due to urine pressure' happened partcularly if I hold urine during evening hours. I regularly stool every morning and holding urine between day time resulted in urine pressure only. as the time pass by, say 12-15 hours and then if I had urine pressure upon which I do not urinate, then it was always converted in stool pressure. this is applicable till next day till I go for morning stool at regular hours. Means, suppose I regularly urinated during day time and slept with having liquid dinner or with having more water intake at evening hours, then this resulted intense urine pressure during early morning and was immediately converting to stool pressure if I do not urinate. I tested that also and found significant stool discard than average day's.

Is this normal body behaviour or symptom of something wrong ?

thanks for your reply Dr Anitha,
I have expected something in english !, anyway being technical person, I will try to understand n discuss this a bit further.
> coughing/sneezing doesnt cause any such pressure, as I said it is mostly happening during winter whn urine is so frequent that discharge is  delayed during work n that results in abdominal pressure. as mentioned, this pressure was always prooven as real when I tried to stool (actually speaking, I used those opportunity ! to clean my system when I felt like heavy ! )
> I also had my stool tested at lab n test was negative.
> this is consistent since I observed it (say more than 7-8yrs), my health is stable -no fever-headache-BP-sugar etc, weight is 83kgs(5ft 8in height -I forgot mention) gradually increased from 75kgs in this period
> my diet is veg including milk n its products, no eggs/meat/fish etc
> yes, yogurt is regular part of my diet n also doing light exercises 3-4 days a week, job workout includes climbing, stairs n light tools handling 3-4 days a week
...how does all this summarise with my query n your reply ?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi, it needs to be seen if it is actually a bowel movement or a trickling of bowel content. It could be due to anal laxity. If this is due to anal incontinence /laxity, check to see if with other measures which tend to increase the abdominal pressure like coughing or sneezing tend to cause a bowel discharge.  If this is positive then you may need therapy in the form of exercises and if severe may warrant a corrective surgery.  If the bowel movement is a trickling of secretions, then it could indicate a collection in the bowel which is discharged on straining. This collection happens with rectal tumors, inflammatory bowel diseases and sometimes in infections and also in irritable bowel disorders. You may need to be evaluated by your physician. He may run blood, urine and stool tests and may sometimes ask for an ultra sonogram. Proctoscopy and colonoscopy may further help to diagnose the cause.  As you wait for the evaluation process, ensure to include organic yogurt with your meals and have a healthy balanced diet. Regards.
