Stool problem

My daughter is now 1.5 year-old. She's been having constipation for quite a while (3+ months). I brought her to the doctor and she told me to feed her more fiver and water, in which i did. I did a little research and suspected that she might need more probiotics being that she was a cesarean baby. So I introduce more baby yogurt. After a week, she started having non-constipated stool. But her now soft stool if pale (light yellow) in color compare to her previous stool color and comes with a very foul smell. It also has these mucus/yeast like substance in it. Does this sound like something alarming? I do plan to take her to the doctor and ask that she's referred to a gastroenterologist.

You can Google the words "stool color," and there's a couple websites that will talk in detail about what the colors and odors mean.  I'd get the link for you, but I gotta go.  My thought is your daughter's bowel is clearing itself out of whatever caused the constipation.  But I'm glad you're going back to the doc.
