Strange parasite in stool?

I've been extremely tired for the past two weeks, with flu/mono-like symptoms.  Blood tests for pregnancy, anemia, low-blood sugar, low-thyroid and mono have come back negative.
The last two days my stomach has felt a little upset and I've had diarrhea. I've noticed that there are strange things in my stool. They look kind of like green grape skins, but are more of an olive color and are many times rolled up tight.  Sometimes they have an un-rolled side that looks oval with a darker point at the end.  My stomach always feels better after passing them.  They don't resemble any food or medication that I'm taking. I've had them before, but wasn't worried at the time because I felt okay then.  I'm fairly healthy, but have recently had irregular periods, trouble sleeping, treated for systemic candida, diagnosed with leaky gut.  I also have allergies to wheat and milk.  Any ideas what these weird things in the stool could be?  Please help I have mentioned it to my doctor but he blew it off like I shouldn't be concerned about it.
