Strange stomach symptoms

Hello,

I'm just gonna list my strange symptoms, maybe an expert can figure out whats wrong with me.
I do plan on seeing a doctor this week, but I thought I'd come on this site first and ask for opinions.

My symptoms are:

-  Stomach bloating
-  Stomach growling
-  Poor digestive system
-  Panic attacks
-  Anxiety
-  Poor sleep
-  Dizziness (mild)
-  All symptoms disappear when I go on a 1-day fast

Otherwise I feel pretty healthy, I have no stomach pain or any other types of discomfort.
I went to the ER when one of my panic attacks was real bad, they did a complete physical  on me with blood tests, urine tests....etc, and could find nothing wrong with me.  My heart rate, BP...etc were also all normal.

Any idea what this could be??

Hi Cary,

I do take magnesium actually (chelated), along with a bunch of other vitamins and minerals.  The magnesium helps me sleep a bit better also if I take 150 mg right before bedtime.

The weird thing about all this is I generally feel very healthy except for the stomach issues.  No pain or anything like that, and I'm also the happiest I ever been in my life.

I'm wonder if there's perhaps an intestinal blockage of some sort??

I would suggest seeing your primary care doctor but I think it is likely all due to a digestive problem, with the discomfort causing the anxiety.  Constipation, for instance, can cause anxiety and insomnia.

While you wait, start taking magnesium citrate every morning to speed up your digestion.  Most people are deficient in magnesium.
