Sudden Distended Abdomen

I had a bloated stomach for a couple days that then turned into a very distended stomach overnight, I look 6 months pregnant. I initially had a fever for 5-6 nights, very fatigued, feel achy etc...no diarrhea, no vomiting, no nausea, definitely not pregnant. I have had many blood tests, no issues, had upper GI, no blockage, x-rays look fine, have been to 4 doctors and will be seeing my fifth Monday. Have not had a colonoscopy yet. My stomach has been distended for 17 days, initially also had severe cramping pain. Doctor prescribed pain pills for that. Antibiotics did nothing. I do not have a parasite. Do not have Celiac disease and Crohns is a possibility, however I don't feel like a lot of the symptons for Crohns apply to me. Does anyone have any suggestions, ideas? Thanks!

I am experiencing my first crohns attack since starting humira 2 years ago. Extremely painful cramps and bloated stomach. I was hopeful the humira would continue to provide relief. My crohns was diagnosed by swallowing a capsule camera.  The camera provides a good look at the small intestine.

I had a distended stomach that would come and go and became known in my house as my alien baby. But one night last year the distention didnt stop I was in agony home alone at night with kids hubby at work and i was crying so hard and then i felt something pop inside that was the worst pain imgainable. I knew I was gonna die.I had my 18 yr old rush me to the er as I knew being in the country we didnt have time for the EMT's to come. She got me there in time. The Dr said she indeed saved my life. My stomach had distended as far as it could and it split down the intestines. They gave me pain meds to hold me over while they medivacked (sp?) me by helicopter 2 hrs to the next biggest hospital. I remember being loaded on the helicopter and the man telling me he would make me more comfortable as i was still screaming in pain. That was the last i remember. My family later told me I coded on the way there and they had to resucitate me and tube me and stablize me for surgury. The surgeons just kept telling me in suprise that i was lucky to be alive. it was very erie to be kept being told that for days later. I guess if it got worse in the OR I dont want to know. I only share this in the hopes you get relief from your distention soon before your body reaches the no can stretch anymore point as i did. I still have nightmares....
