Surgeons refusal to operate

My sister had Gastric Bypass about 5 years ago. She has had several surgeries since then (has not gone well for her) Now she is severely malnourished, in excessive pain & unable to eat/drink. Finally the doctors believe that the opening between her stomach & her large intestine is too small to pass food/liquid. (to small even for the scope) When she goes to emergency rooms, they know she needs the surgery but they contact her orig. surgeon whodisagrees with their rec's that surgery is needed. In the meantime, we feel like we are slowly watching her waste away & nearing deat. No doctor in AZ or CA will see or take her & now both MAYO in AZ & Minnsota have refused as well. PLEASE HELP
