TOO YOUNG FOR rectal prolapse/rectocele???

Hello, i am a 40 yr old female who has never been pregnant. i have just been diagnosed with rectocele. i have had IBS for some time now, but not the kind the symptom of it making you constipated or having to strain to go. i was wondering if the IBS could have caused this as i am not in the age group of people who normally are diagnosed. what can i do to make this go away without surgery?

any advice would be helpful. my gyn doesnt think i need surgery at this time but he said i can get a second opinion.

btw. ttc for the first time at 40 also.
