Thick white thing in stool

I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on what this might be?  It was in my stool at work and I had to take it out of my stool with a paper towel to get it loose and then took this picture with my cell phone.  It's been several months since this happened and have had no other incidents of this.  But I still wonder what this is.   I am 38 yr old female and have had my gallbladder removed when I was 24.  Other than that, no other health problems.
