Thoughs on recurring nausea & diarrhea after eating

Over a month a go I had 2 or 3 bad days of sever nausea alot of the day but worse after eating to the point I stoped eating.  I had a cramping pain below my breast bone and felt like I would feel better if I could vomit but never did, just had diarrhea.  Stress and worring made it worse.  1 night I think I must have had a fever because I was really restless and kept waking up hot and sweety then chilled.  Then it went away.

So I thought It must have been a stomach bug until about 2 weeks later it came back.  first couple days was diarrhea after eating and nausea again.  No pain or cramping but a empty nauseous feeling in my stomach and the more I think the worse it gets.  1st couple days I was drained and felt as if vomiting would help again but after the 2nd day everything subsides until I eat and 30 to 60 minutes later Im back in the bathroom.  After I go I do feel better, but this is getting tiredsom.

I havent noticed a specific food setting it off.  Im a 35 year old female and it has happened when eating a salad, a meal bar, meat, pretty much anything that isn't white.  I haven't really noticed any weight loss, but the way im eating and feeling frequentally that is supriseing.

Thoughts on what this could be?
