Tightening "pain"

Tightening "pain"

Every once in a while, not even at a certain time (while eating, while exercising ect.) I begin to feel as though my esophgus is tightening up, and it feels as though a lump is created in my throat. Sometimes it feels compeletly blocked, but just as often it just feels constricted. At times it becomes somewhat painful, but always very hard to breath or swallow. There are also times when this happens that I feel nauseous to the point that I would throw up but because it's so tight it seems to stay and just "burn" at the top of my stomache(only "burning" on occasion).

It sounds as an acid reflux. Acid may be the  cause of  this tightening in your esophagus. Do you burp, do you feel bloated? It's probably gastritis with increased acid secretion, now the question is what is the cause. H. pylori is possible.
