Also I am pretty sure that this is muscle strainStrains , but I have a pain in my lower left side when I lauhg, sneeze or bend funny. I just playe a unch of disc golf the other day and I am sore in arms and legs from that but I was just wondering if that could be something else. Thanks.

yeah I thought it was only muscles, but I wanted to doubleDouble-tussin dm check because it was hurting when I was laughing and sneezing, and it only hurts when I move certain ways like a situp or a wierd twist, not every way.

If hurts in only some positions, it may be a pinched nerve. I guess there may be some really weird twists done at golf.
