for 20 years and it has greatly affected my life, even more so now it appears. I’ve been experiencing a bloating feeling in my upper colon region, right under my rib
cage. It has not gone away for three weeks now. Here’s the kicker, though. I’m not experiencing any pain. None. (knock on wood). Anyhow, for at least the last 15 years I’ve battled with diarrhea on a weekly basis. Always chalking it up to “anxiety,” I never gave it a second though and learned to deal with it. In the last three weeks I’ve see my PCP twice and he’s not found anything wrong. I have not had a colonoscopy but will soon. I’m concerned that I have colon cancer but everyone I’ve talked with says IBS. Had a fecal
Ya, it does sound like IBS Im not no doctor but stress, anxiety can cause IBS. I was diangosed with that 2 years ago. Anxiety does so much to you your mind plays tricks on you. You sound like you are worried about this and when your worried about a symptons it will not go away unyil you stop worrying about it. See a gastro and maybe they can do a colonscopy so you know your fine. I have a anxiety for 13 years to and believe me its hard living
like this. Worry about everything and I will keep worrying until the doctor gives me the test I want. Since you have no blood in your stools I believe its nothing serious. Try to relax, take a walk everyday keep yourself busy and see if that helps you with your anxiety.
Any other quiestions Im here for you I know how you feel and I know all about anxiety....
Sorry did not know.,..but could be cancer cells broken loose causing your problems...from any part in your abdominal area. My problems were due to ovarian cancer cells...anything tht causes pain, diahr or constp, gas, bloating can be due to cancer cells floating around. good luck
