Too much discharge

I am 20. I have noticed lots of vaginal discharge for a long time-  years. No smell, viscous and streamy, no color except cloudy-white to clear. It's just really uncomfortable and when it comes it's a lot (It pools in my underwear). I have also noticed mucus discharge in my bowels. Also - I have small pouch of skin protruding from anus (I think some call it a skin tag-I'm not sure). Is all of this possibly caused from hemrrhoids. I don't want to go the Dr. -but it seems to the point. Please, Any Advice.
