Total gastrectomy

My Mother had a Gastrectomy two days ago they also removed her gall bladder all done by ey hole surgery the surgeon was very pleased with my mum. They initially found cancer cells which were a very small amount they successfully removed the cancer her blood pressure is up a bit in the mornings and the second and third day after surgery shes suffering nausia is this normal with the drugs etc they are trying to get her out of bed but she feels dizzy she is 82

They initially found cancer cells which were a very small amount they successfully removed the cancer her blood pressure is up a bit in the mornings and the second and third day after surgery shes suffering nausia is this normal with the drugs etc? they are trying to get her out of bed but she feels dizzy she is 82
and will be in hospital at least two weeks it takes months too recover I am told but is definately worth having it done as the cancer would progress
