Trapped Wind

Trapped Wind

I often get problems with trapped wind. I feel the discomfort just under my ribs on my left side. I have to massage the area and do yoga poses to try and move it around the bend in my guts. Then I pass the gas and feel alot better.

I eat a high-fibre diet, but my stools are alot smaller than they should be and I never feel like I've passed it all.
A few months ago I was diagnosed with a hiatus hernia, but that's not troubling me now and I no longer take the medication.
I have suffered from terrible fatigue for 2 years and have yet to be given a diagnosis, but I think it'll be called Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in the end becuase blood tests and other investigations are inconclusive.

Do you think my gut is a bit twisted or slightly blocked?

Many thanks, in advance
