I have had a twinge on my left side on and off for the last year. It does not hurt that bad but is annoying and I am concerned that it could be something bigger. I did have my first colonoscopy early this year and it came out fine. I am 41 years old and in good shape 5.9 height and 165 weight. I do not know if this is something to do with a muscle or and internal organ. The twinge is on my left side waist just above my hip along the bone and muscle tissue. In most commoly twinges while at rest not during activities. Main question is from these symptons can you direct me to a possible diagnosis or direction on what doctor to see.
