URQ pain, gall bladder pain and left shoulder pain

Hello....can anyone please tell me if it is possible to experience left shoulder pain from gall bladder dysfunction? I have constant RUQ pain (just beneath ribs), a hot an d burning pain, fullness, bloating, heartburn and gas. Very upsetting....all scans have come out ok....but the pain persists....I'm at wits end....what could this be?
