Ulcer During Pregnancy

Hi...I am 26 yrs old and 5 months pregnant. I have experienced pain below my left rib cage that shoots through to my back. The pain in my back is more like a "pressure". This has been going on for 6 weeks. It does not get set on by meals, mostly from sitting down too long. If I lay down, the pain is not as bad. I have experienced some heartburn but nothing that I would call excessive. Yesterday, my doctor told me that all signs and symptoms point to an ulcer. Do you agree with this diagnosis? Because I am pregnant, I was prescribed Zantac.....
