Undiagnosed Problem, possibly GI related

I have had abdominal pain off and on for over 2 years now. Usually located in the upper right quadrant but very difficult to pin down as it seems to be sporadic as well as accompanied with heart palpitations and tachycardia.

Eventually they scoped me from both ends, found benign polyps in one end and a hiatal hernia in the other. Until recently I (like my doctor) have attributed any and all abdomen problems to the hiatal hernia. I have been on ppi's since then. They did a CT scan 8 or 10 months ago that came up negative for anything other than a benign polyp somewhere in my abdomen.

However about a month ago I stopped eating (involuntarily!). A few days later I developed headaches like I have never felt before (I seldom even get the everyday variety, much less migraines or anything worse) After a few days of the headache unrelenting I went to the ER and they said my blood pressure was 209/118. After a MRI of my head and a few other routine tests they sent me home on blood pressure medicine with the diagnosis that it was idiopathic hypertension causing my headaches.

This didn't explain me not eating but I went with it, took the medicine and pain medicine they gave me and things were a little better, I could even eat a little more. Then a week later I stopped eating again. The blood pressure medicine was not keeping my blood pressure down to normal levels (usually it is a perfect 120/80) but it was keeping it around 160/95. 4 months prior to this incident, my blood pressure was fine.

The reason I don't eat much is because after even a few small bites I feel full. Almost nauseous but I have only thrown up once and I think it was more of a reflex reaction than actually needing to. Along with not eating, I have developed pain again, some of the exact same pains I went in for over 2 years ago when initially diagnosed with a hiatal hernia. Along with that, I also now get pain in my back directly between the shoulder blades that sometimes migrates to behind the right shoulder blade. This pain is more prominent now than the abdominal pains.

My bowel habits have changed, but this could simply be due to me eating so much less. I followed up with my GP and he is getting blood tests and a 24 hour urine test but I don't have any answers from him yet. I went to turn in my urine sample today and got weighed and I had lost 10 pounds since my last visit 10 days ago.

I still get headaches even on days when my blood pressure is down to normal level (the lowest I've seen it is 140/185 on my home monitor). I also still have palpitations and tachycardia and it seems to be worse than any time in the past, much more constant. At any time I could lean or sit the wrong way and start getting palpitations, and the tachycardia seems to come and go.

Oh and another thing, my symptoms seem to get much worse almost immediately after eating. This has also mentally lead me to cut down to avoid that effect. Reclining or lying down seems to help.

I'm looking for some fresh perspective on the situation

My GP did think gallbladder at first when I started having the pain a few years ago. Around the same time as the CT scan I also had an ultrasound that turned up negative for gallstones. However anything could have happened between then and now.

I have had my heart checked out several times and was diagnosed negative on arrhythmia.

The headaches do not seem to correlate with the blood pressure, not directly anyway. There have been periods where my blood pressure was low (as low as it gets anyway) and the headaches were severe, and I have also seen the opposite several times.

WONDER IF WHEN YOU GET THESE ARITHMIC HEART BEATS IF YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE DOESNT SPIKE UP AND CAUSE THE HEADACHES?
I KNOW WHEN MY HEAT DOES THE OLD FLIP/FLOP IN MY CHEST ONCE IN AWHILE,I GETA A LITTLE SCARED,AND THAT CAUSES YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE TO GO UP.
ALSO IT IS NATURAL FOR YOUR HEART RATE TO GO UP AFTER EATING...NOT SAY AS MUCH AS YOURS MIGHT,BUT IT IS NATURAL.
ID SAY YOU MIGHT HAVE AN ARITHMIA PROBLEM,,AND NEED TO GET THAT ADDRESSED WITH MEDICATION.
MY FATHER HAD SAME THING,AND NEEDED MEDS TO CONTROL HIS HEART BEAT
.
HE ALSO HAD A HIATAL HERNIA(MAN YOU TWO SOUND ONE IN THE SAME1)
AND FOUND THAT ELEVATING THE HEAD OF YOUR BED 4-6 INCHES HELPS KEEP IT DOWN AND FROM GIVING HIM PROBLEMS.

BUT WITH THE FULLNESS,AND PAINS THAT GO INTO BACK AND BY RIGHT SHOULDER IM SERIOUSLY THINGING GULLBLADDER..EVEN IF ONDIAGNOSED,OR POSSIBLE RULED OUT,,,THIS SOUNDS MORE LIKE THE CULPRIT..
...FULLNESS EVEN AFTER LITTLE FOOD
...PAIN RADIATED TO BACK,,RIGHT SHOULDER
...ELEVATED BLOOD PRESSURE FOR A PERIOD OF TIME
..THIS SEEMS MORE LIKE SMALL GULLBLADDER ATTACKS,,
