Undiagnosed abdominal pain (left side)

It's been going on for 2 years, but getting worse
symptoms:
-constipation(most likely causes pain)
-abdominal pain mild-severe(usually mid-lower left but can vary)
-chronic fatigue
-headache

im having the same exact things except i barely have constipation i mostly have diarrehea all the time several times a day, and when id ont have diarreah, im constipated. im always tired, migraines. if you know or find out anything let me know!
