Unexplained Upper Middle Stomach Pain

So here I am again now 7 months with the same pain as before.  I have a horrible pain in my upper middle stomach.  It feels as if it is right under my sternum.  It is tender to touch and hurts all the time but gets horribly worse after eating.  I usually end up vomiting to feel better.  I am nauseated a good amount of the time.  Well to make a long story short,  I have had every test you can have and it has come back to different meds i have been on and stress. I have gone on a stress med and depression meds and I feel better mentally but the pain is still there and is constant.   I am wondering if anyone out there has had anything like this or if anyone has had something wrong with them even after having many tests come back normal.  I have no insurance so I can't follow up with a Gastro doctor until I do have some...

Sounds like a gallbladder or pancreas attack.  They would have you do an abdominal ultrasound and a HIDA scan to check.  

You will probably need your gallbladder removed.
