Unexplained Weight Loss

I have been losing weight and so far my diagnosis is anxiety, but I feel as though I am managing my anxiety and the weight is still coming off.  In November I had an endoscopy and tissue was sampled... acid reflux.  I had a CT scan of my abdomen and pelvis and it was normal.  An abdominal and pelvic ultrasound which was normal.  I have had numerous blood tests which looked at thyroid, celiac disease, and many other things I can't remember.  I had a chest x-ray which was normal and due to a lump in my breast a mammogram and breast ultrasound which showed normal breast tissue.  I also have had an MRI of my brain and two transvaginal ultrasounds to look at my ovaries and they were fine... I can't think of any other tests.  When I research weight loss I keep finding that cancer causes a change in metabolism and that has me a bit worried that we are not looking in the right places for a cause.  I have had a change in bowel habits which my doctor is saying is IBS and I have shoulder pain and pain in my right hip.  I also have some discomfort in my chest under my right breast that goes to my back and that is being explained as acid reflux.  My weight loss started a year and a half after I had a baby and shortly after a miscarriage.  I am 38 and in otherwise good health.  My prepregnancy weight was 125.  My post pregnancy weight was 150.  I am down to 120 now and there has been very little effort to do so.  Also every week I seem to keep losing a pound or so and I am eating quite a bit.  Thank you for any insight.

Did you find any answers? I have so may of these same symptoms but my weight loss is much faster. Im down 30lbs in 6 weeks. All tests so far have come back clear. They tried telling me it was stress... but it just kept falling off - so I think they have given up that idea for now.

If it has been at least 6 weeks, maybe they would be willing to do say, a TSH and free T4 again if you wanted?

I had some detailed thyroid testing after weight loss but have not had it done again recently... everything was fine then.

Yes, you had mentioned you had gotten thyroid checked, but was curious if they did only TSH or more and also if they had done it more than once since all this weight loss began?

I have had thyroid checked but not of the others... I will look into your suggestions Surgi!  No the endoscopy happened after many symptoms started...  I have been working with gastroenterologist, naturopath, internist, acupuncturist, family medicine doc... many people have been very thorough when looking at my chart, tests and have been good listeners... not sure why I am still so anxious!

Have you asked the doctor about blood testing for cancer markers, since that is a concern to you?  How often have they tested thyroid function and did the test TSH & free T3 and free T4?  Have they checked you for diabetes, which a friend of ours had and it caused loss of weight?   Have they ruled out Addison's disease?   With your anxiety, do you have a lot of times with rapid heart rate, like a cardio workout without normal exercise?  Regarding pain in shoulder and hip- have they checked your calcium level?
